Do you feel disconnected from yourself?

As a Transpersonal Psychology Specialist, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you navigate the journey toward understanding your authentic self and deepening your present-moment awareness, grounded in lived experience and evidence-based therapies.

Transpersonal: trans- is to transcend, to connect with self beyond the ego.

Contrary to popular belief, Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs does not end with self-actualization. Maslow added transcendence to the pyramid's apex, which he discussed in his book Religions, Values, and Peak Experiences. This is an important detail that academic psychology courses in mainstream institutions fail to discuss.

Transpersonal psychology emphasizes your growth potential, focusing on what is possible rather than solely on diagnoses.

You are your own best healer.

My work is to facilitate your process wherever it may lead.

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
